Cash2Cash facilitates foreign currency exchange services in compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 and applicable RBI guidelines.

All transactions are subject to RBI regulations and must comply with documentation requirements applicable to Authorized Dealers (AD-II) and Full Fledged Money Changers (FFMCs), wherever applicable.

Customers may be required to submit valid government-issued ID proof, PAN card, passport, visa, air ticket, and other documents as required under law.

The Website does not process online payments or execute forex transactions digitally. It is intended only for inquiry and communication purposes.

Final exchange rates and transaction confirmation shall be provided offline after regulatory verification and documentation.
